We recently attended the 53rd annual Kimberley Art and Photographic awards which we are proud sponsors of. This amazing event takes place in Derby WA and this year they received 157 entries from artists all over the Kimberley, Perth, Margaret River, Darwin and Adelaide.

The opening night was a great success, attracting a wide range of artists, art enthusiasts, government officials and visitors to celebrate the opening of the art exhibition and the well-deserved recognition of the winners of this year's Kimberley Art and Photography Prize. We are so incredibly lucky to have so many talented individuals in our community and we are very grateful to be apart of this event each year.

By being able to sponsor this event and events like this helps to provide crucial financial support and creates vibrant platforms where artists from diverse backgrounds can showcase their work and receive the recognition they very much deserve. It encourages the participating artists and enriches the community by fostering a deeper appreciation for art.

Our support helps to provide funds for engaging and enriching workshops such as seniors morning tea, which is a welcoming space for the senior community to engage with art. The Carer's and Bub's Art Play which offers a creative outlet for caregivers and their young ones.

At Vision Power we want to empower positive change across the Kimberley and throughout our communities and being apart of the Kimberley Art and Photography Awards is one of the ways we can do that.
We love that this event gives artists from all walks of life a platform to showcase their talents and celebrate their creativity and artistic expression in the Kimberley region and beyond.
